TICKET BOOKING AND PURCHASE METHODS
Users may purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction.
Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is completed with payment.
The ticket purchase is finalized upon completion of payment details and successful transaction.
Once the payment is confirmed, the reservation can no longer be modified or cancelled.
TICKET PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made using MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, Discover, and Aurora credit cards, following the online instructions provided during checkout.
PURCHASE CONFIRMATION
If the payment is successful, the system will display a purchase confirmation with the transaction ID code.
At the end of the process, the user will receive a confirmation email with details of the tickets purchased, the amount paid, and ticket collection instructions.
TICKET COLLECTION METHODS
Tickets can be downloaded as a PDF from the confirmation email or collected at the entrance ticket office upon presentation of the email containing the QR code.
WITHDRAWAL EXCLUSION POLICY
Please note that the contract involves the provision of leisure services on a specific date. Therefore, in accordance with Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal under Article 52 does not apply.
The Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for ticket purchases.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not available in case of cancellation by the user or incorrect purchases. No refund will be issued for tickets purchased but not collected. Reservations, once confirmed, cannot be changed. Refunds are only possible in the event of an unscheduled closure of the garden or palace without a 60-day advance notice from the ticket purchase date. In such cases, users may request a refund by writing to [email protected], attaching proof of ticket purchase and the ticket PDFs. Refunds will match the ticket price and will be issued to the original payment method within 60 business days.

Valid ID must be shown.
Additionally, reciprocity conditions may apply to holders of residence permits issued for reasons listed on the website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
COMBINED TICKET
Valid for 5 consecutive days, allows one-time access to each museum site of the garden and Palazzo Pfanner, with priority entry.
Ticket holders must retain the ticket until all sites have been visited. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued.
Activation is possible only at the Pfanner Garden entrance reception, which must be the first museum visited.
If the standard 5-day validity includes a Monday (when museums are closed), December 25, or January 1, validity extends to the 6th day.

Free admission is granted to:

Children under 12 (any nationality) with valid ID and accompanied by an adult

University students and teachers from degree courses in: Architecture, Cultural Heritage, Education, or Arts & Humanities (archaeology or art history tracks), and equivalent EU programs. Valid student enrollment certificate or teacher ID required

Students and teachers of fine arts academies (EU), with a valid certificate

Teachers in Italian public and private schools with permanent or fixed-term contracts, presenting the MIUR form properly stamped and validated

Journalists registered with the Italian press association and up-to-date with membership fees, with valid ID

Licensed tour guides from EU countries, whether working or visiting for study/leisure (Florence province guides receive additional booking benefits)

Licensed EU tour interpreters assisting official guides (with valid credentials)

On free admission days, reservations are not possible, and priority access is suspended—except for:

ACCESSIBILITY FOR VISITORS WITH DISABILITIES
All individuals with disabilities are legally entitled to free priority access to all state museums, along with one companion (as stated in the disability certificate).
Visitors can approach museum staff, who will provide any needed assistance.
Wheelchairs are available free of charge upon presentation of valid ID.
