Henry Mancini composed some of the most beautiful and iconic film scores in cinema history, during a long and acclaimed career marked by numerous awards. Cristiana Polegri and Roberto Spadoni pay tribute to him with a special project that revisits several of his most famous compositions, arranged by Spadoni for a vibrant ten-piece jazz ensemble.
Adding a unique touch to the evening is a special guest: actor Stefano Fresi, who hosts the event and, together with the orchestra, narrates the life and music of Mancini.
The project was soon released and distributed by the record label of the Parco della Musica (Auditorium of Rome).
