When can a ticket refund be requested?
You are entitled to a refund in the event of extraordinary museum closures that were not announced at least 60 days prior to the ticket purchase. The refund request must be submitted within 60 business days from the date the closure was discovered.
To submit a request, please write to [email protected] with the subject line “REFUND REQUEST”, attaching the payment receipt and tickets in PDF format.

Refund method
The return of the product will result in a refund equal to the ticket cost. All refunds will be issued within 60 business days to the original payment method. The time required to receive the funds may vary depending on the payment method.
