The residence of Palazzo Pfanner, the only part of the palazzo which currently can be visited, contains a large central hall with frescoes painted between 1720 and 1730 by Pietro Paolo Scorsini, belonging to the so called 'quadraturismo', some lateral rooms richly furnished and a historical kitchen. The residence, which also houses a valuable wooden polychrome statue from the fourteenth century, is currently exhibiting an antique collection of medical and surgical instruments which belonged to Dr. Pietro Pfanner (1864-1935). |
